At Apparel Destination, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day free return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest FedEx, UPS, or other specified courier service.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects.
- Any items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition may not be eligible for a refund.
