30-Day Free Return Policy

At Apparel Destination, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day free return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at 📧 sale@appareldestination.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest FedEx, UPS, or other specified courier service.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects.
  • Any items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
